20 thing I learned about HTML5 and Mobile Web

Google and Apple are competing about who is showing off the best HTML5 stuff. Now it's the Google's turn.

"20 Things I Learned About Browsers and The Web" it's a Whoa! Effect book entirely made with HTML5 technology. You don't need an app for that.
The features implemented in the ebook are very cool: flip effect page transition, night mode (background only), page previews, but there are still some issues with HTML5 to point out:

  • Mobile and Touch browsers are not considered the same
  • Webkit Mobile and Desktop are different beasts
  • CSS3 animations without GPU hardware acceleration are so laggy
